It is a net-zerocarbon home built using safe non combustible materials manufactured offsite. Our system once completed in the factory is then delivered onsite where it is erected and finished quickly by our installation teams.

Our ECOLIT foundation system is a fully certified NHBC insulated raft foundation system that has no cold bridges and is both cost effective and quicker to install than conventional foundation systems
ECOLIT LIGHT WEIGHT CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY
ECOLIT is the onlg LGS Manufacturer who provides the latest in Certified Light Weight Concrete within its system. This makes each house future proofed in terms of a fire proof non combustible building system.
Also from a thermal performance view the Ecolit Building System has the ability to retain heat which provides near zero running costs to the end user.
