ECOLIT has proven a successful track record of delivering Design and Build Projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Each project is unique to the next. We use the latest in BIM technology and Offsite construction methods on all our projects. This guarantees time and quality assurances.

We have in-house engineers, revit modellers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors. Each project is conducted from the very beginning where we conduct all the surveys, gather all the information and compile a plan of action, provide reports, health and safety plans and build construction costs.

We then provide funding models for each Client we work with so its a transparent joint working relationship. We then manufacture all the sub and superstructure offsite where we apply 90% of the finishes to walls, floors and roof.

Finally each module built in our factory is checked and signed off for delivery to site where it is erected by our installation teams. All prepared ground works and roadways help with the ease of finishes. Onsite construction is reduced to 30% of normal building methods.
